Do I need experience to start?
Not at all! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels. Whether you’re brand new to training or already active, we’ll scale the workouts so you feel challenged but never overwhelmed.
What should I bring to class?
Just comfortable workout clothes, sneakers, and a water bottle. We also recommend boxing gloves — but don’t worry, we have extras you can borrow or purchase here.
How big are the classes?
Our small-group training sessions are capped at 3–8 people, so you’ll always get personal attention and support.
What’s the difference between small-group training and personal training?
Small-Group Training: Work out with a handful of others, get motivated by the team energy, and still receive individualized coaching.
Personal Training: One-on-one sessions fully customized to your goals, pace, and schedule.
How often should I train?
While we recommend at least 3 times a week, most members come 2–4 times per week depending on their goals and schedule. Our coaches can help you find the right balance for your lifestyle.
I’ve never done kickboxing before. Can I still join?
Absolutely! The kickboxing portions of class are beginner-friendly. We’ll walk you through the basics, and you can progress at your own pace.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes! Your first class is always free. It’s the best way to experience our training style and see if it’s a good fit for you.
